Scanning docs to cloud can be a big hassle. Asprise Web Scan simplifies it by allowing you to capture documents directly in web apps (Dropbox, Gmail, Office 365, QBO, Salesforce, SAP Concur, Sharepoint and more).

3. Scan In Web Apps

Congratulations! You can now scan from supported web apps.
You need to complete both step 1 and step 2 before you can scan to web apps.
Once you have completed the above steps, you may scan in web apps:

1Browse to web apps

Open any of the supported web applications in this browser: Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Salesforce, Sharepoint, SAP Concur.

2Find the scan button

near 'Attach' or 'Upload', e.g.,

3Scan

The scanning dialog allows you to scan multiple pages. You can re-order and edit the images. Once you are done, click 'OK' and the PDF file containing scanned pages will show up in the web app.
